Jeff Roland has been a USCF tournament director since 1984. Jeff is an experienced Class B player who has even been a USCF Delegate, which is where the chess rules are made!
Jeff feels that tournaments should be fair (because it's a competition) and enjoyable (because it's a game). Jeff has hundreds of tournaments of experience, a great attitude, and knowledge in resolving situations that could arise during a competition. Jeff's tournaments normally get rated the same day that they are played.
